Dissapointing lack of support!

Having had an issue restoring Windows 7 and purchasing a Neosmart product to help, I had some issues with the solution. Neosmart by way of the EasyRE Support email, initially offered assistance above what was expected. However they have gone silent; just one email in well over a week claiming they hadn’t heard from me, despite my numerous emails to them. No direct response to all subsequent correspondence, notably my resonable requests for a refund has been completely ignored. Disappointing for what promised to be well reputed company!

No news here I'm afraid. The owner may be away. I know he travels abroad a lot, (from the USA).
