Hi. I hope you can help me with this. I purchased your Easy RE bootable disk specifically because you advertised it would restore WIndows restore points. Yes, upon using, I find it only will restore something called "Snapshots". It listed some "Snapshot" that I had no idea what it was or where it came from. It was not one of my actual listed Windows restore points. It only listed this one "Snapshot" and listed none of my actual, bonafide Windows restore points. I made several test restore points and it never saw them. I had directed the program to look at my only Windows installation on my hard drive. Any help for this or did I waste my money?
