Easy Recovery Essentials says unable to load SYSTEM Registry Win 7

Run Easy Recovery Essentials. Tells me automated repair complete. But did not fix missing or corrupt system registry files. This is what it shows me.

In red it says unable to load SYSTEM registry. Run System Restore to repair.



However this user computer I purchased does not have any restore points. I bought this neosmset software because it said it would fix this registry error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
