After USSB key loads files the display goes blank and stays that way. What might be the problem?
You need to email support as all EasyRE support is now email only as per: Forum Closed: Send EasyRE support requests to EasyRE@NeoSmart.net
Of course, in the meanwhile, if someone with experience spots this, there could be some help here.
