EasyBCD 2.4 Activation Error

Hello, I´m writing from Germany. I recently bought EasyBCD 2.4 and 2 of your other tools. When I try to activate EasyBCD, I get an error that says "Error encountered while obtining license from remote server".
Internet works fine, I set the firewall to let it through, changed DNS Server, but nothing works.
Now in your forum I read that this is obviously a server problem of yours.
I wrote to sales@neosmart.net - no answer.
I wrote to support@neosmart.net - no answer.
I just paid around 60 € for your software, so make it possible to activate !

As NOBODY gave any answer, I will now get my money back via PayPal. Obviously your company is dubious.

I CONTACTED YOUR "SALES FORUM" BEFORE, AS I TOLD YOU VIA MAIL AND IN THIS FORUM, AND I GOT NO ANSWER !!!!

So now I wrote again to Sales. I set deadline for refund to 30.6.2020. After that, it goes definitely via Paypal.

Check your web mail and your desktop mail clients' Spam folders. The response should be there, if not then PayPal would be your best option then.

Of course I checked my mails and spam. What a mocking and cynical answer. Seems you betray your customers and play them for a fool. The whole "communication" with your company goes to Paypal, buddy.
