EasyBCD - Deleted BCD

I don’t know what I did but I think I deleted the BCD configuration for my windows while playing with the software. I know I shouldn’t have done that.
Can somebody help me rebuild the BCD as I get 0xc0000001 error and when I enter Recovery Environment it gives 0xc0000098 error suggesting the BCD is corrupted.

I have tried most of the online solutions but bootrec /fixboot returns Access Denied error.

Please can somebody help me boot back into my windows?
 
If you have an installation DVD for the version of Windows,
or you previously made a recovery disc from the working OS,
or you have access to another PC with the same OS to create one (Control Panel > Backup & Recovery > Create Repair Disc)
then you can use it/them to recover the BCD

Failing that you can get EasyRE repair disc from Neosmart for the version of Windows involved, but it's not a free product.
