EasyBCD not opening.

Hi
I'm having a problem running easybcd on my windows 10 laptop. I have downloaded the latest version 2.4 and tried older versions but none seem to work.
I've tried running it as administrator too.
 
What kind of problem ?
It won't run, or it runs but won't do what you want ?

If the former, try uninstalling, deleting the Neosmart folder from your ..Users/yourname/AppData/local.. folder, then reinstalling.
