All I get is about 5-10 pages of scrolling hardware info and the utility stops. If I boot in VGA mode, it's 5-10 pages of scrolling screens in color with weird characters. It does nothing to actually fix my boot issue in Windows 10. There is no GUI. Please direct me to where to request a refund. I have no idea what this is supposed to be, but it's certainly not what it advertises itself to be.
