The reason I said x2 is that EasyBCD 2.x is not a BCD creator or system creator but it is only designed for dual booting with 2 or more systems already installed.
For Windows 10/11 use the latest build 2.4

That's about the extent of my Spanish but to continue in English, there is something wrong with the COM configuration on your PC if you run into this same error (key word is ManagementEventWatcher).

The only thing EasyBCD can do is to handle this problem by disabling the ManagementEventWatcher functionality (used to detect when USB drives are inserted or removed from the PC). But hopefully the hint about a COM problem can help you figure out why your PC gives this error.
