    Hi,

I accepted a Windows update about two weeks ago for a Toshiba running Windows 10. Afterwards, upon restarting the system, I got a blue screen and Error Code 0xc0000034.

The screen is identical to the one shown on NeoSmart's web page https://neosmart.net/wiki/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2015/01/0xc0000034-windows-8.jpg The one exception is that it doesn't have the "Press ESC for UEFI Firmware settings" found on the bottom of that screen shot.

Last week I bought the EasyRe Professional for Windows 10 and used the Easy USB Creator app to create a bootable USB.

The heading on the page was that NeoSmart guaranteed the product would resolve this error message.

However, no matter how many times I follow the instructions with this bootable USB I cannot get past the error.

    What's my next step?
