Error Code 0xc0000034


I accepted a Windows update about two weeks ago for a Toshiba running Windows 10. Afterwards, upon restarting the system, I got a blue screen and Error Code 0xc0000034.

The screen is identical to the one shown on NeoSmart's web page The one exception is that it doesn't have the "Press ESC for UEFI Firmware settings" found on the bottom of that screen shot.

Last week I bought the EasyRe Professional for Windows 10 and used the Easy USB Creator app to create a bootable USB.

The heading on the page was that NeoSmart guaranteed the product would resolve this error message.

However, no matter how many times I follow the instructions with this bootable USB I cannot get past the error.

What's my next step?
