Fundamental question

Now that I have moved (been forced to move?) into the world of Windows 10, I find that some of my legacy hardware devices no longer have the driver support that I had under Windows XP and even Windows 7. One of those hardware devices is a large format HP plotter that I would like to continue to use occaisionally.

So, I am looking to do a dual boot on one of my computers, Windows 10 pro and perhaps Windows XP (or maybe Windows 7 pro) with the older drivers to enable access to the legacy devices.

Will the free version EasyBCD facillitate this? I would like to maintain Windows 10 on the main drive and put the other Windows system on a separate drive.

How hard (easy) is this to do?

That's exactly what EasyBCD is for.
As long as your W10 PC isn't UEFI.
In that case you'll be able to dual boot W10/W7 but not XP
There are no limitations in the free version, only the stipulation that it's for home, not commercial use.
