I downloaded & paid for the info to make a USB drive for Windows but I can't get the computer to boot off of it.

I've gone through the directions, following them as close as I can but when I try and restart I get an error message #R6034 and then another Red-Boxed error message before that... Idea's?

Sorry about lack of support. That tool only works with an ISO file.\
If it fails then I would file for a refund through sales@neosmart.net

FYI, I was never able to resolve this issue. In the end, as stated above from Ex_Brit, I requested and received a refund. Good idea for a product but apparently not one that is usable for people like myself with limited computer diagnostic experience.
