I installed Easy BCD on BOTH hard drives

I have two hard drives both with Windows 10 and want to choose at startup which one to load. I guess this is a no no to install it twice and maybe causing conflicts? Should/can I delete one version off one hard drive?
 
You can put EasyBCD wherever you like.
It's just a utility program for managing the contents of the BCD.
It takes absolutely no part in booting your PC, that's all MS.
