I used the tool for the first time today and very quickly I messed up.
How?
I deleted all the boot partitions from the tool on a Win 8 machine.
I was thinking I might get lucky in restoring my boot file because I actually created a backup using the EasyBCD tool.
So I have the file and I can access it from the command line (after going into repair as I cannot boot the machine) , I can see it but for the life of me, I am not sure what I do next.
I was hoping I can use BCDEdit to import the file but I guess its just a hope.
So my question is - is there a way of using the backup file from command line as clearly i cannot run the tool itself
thanks
