EasyBCD is not an installer for Win7 or Win8. It is a program that is used to multi boot Operating Systems. The BCD is the boot loader used by Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. EasyBCD can NOT install Windows for you. It does not contain any of the Boot or Install Files for Windows. Only the ISO available from Microsoft has those files. You will need to use the ISO's.

You can download Windows7-USB-DVD-tool.exe from Microsoft - it will allow for the creation of a bootable DVD or USB device that can be used to install Win7 and, probbaly, Win8.

Well, you can if you extract the contents of the ISO to the USB then add a WinPE entry w/ EasyBCD.
