Make windows 10 drive bootable

I have a 1.5 TB HD that has been cloned from my 500 GB HD. I need to make the 1.5TB drive bootable so that I can swap it into my Acer Aspire 5253 laptop. Can I use EasyBCD to do this??

If you cloned your previous system disk, it should boot as soon as you point the BIOS at it.
If it doesn't already contain the Windows boot files
