Not Being Able To Use ISO And Other External Media

ISO is not the only external media I can't use, I know what's causing this problem, the "EFI" thing. I tried switching to "Legacy" mode ( Like the help page says ) and made it have a priority over EFI, but it still didn't work for some reason. I don't have the "Secure Boot" option so that's that.

It doesn't help to switch settings in the BIOS.
Your OS was installed as, and remains UEFI, no matter what you do in the BIOS.
For those facilities to be available in EasyBCD you must be running an MBR/BIOS version of Windows.
Unless you reinstall Windows those options remain greyed.
It's not a whim of EasyBCD, it's a restriction of Windows under UEFI.
