Recently i have dual booted two Windows 10 pro. I wanted to change the name of the boot options. So i have changed to some names. I have rebooted and i worked fine. From second boot on wards its appearing to show some other boot options with names UEFI:Network Device, UEFI:VendorCoProductCode 2.00, Partiton 1, UEFI:CD/DVD Drive, UEFI:Removable Device and my both windows.
Have i done anyhting wrong.
I did these to change the names of boot options
Installed EasyBCD free version
went to edit boot menu and changed the names.
and i also changed the first boot priority

After getting this problem i thought changing boot priority may be the cause of these partitions. So i have revert the boot priorities. But still those are appearing.

Those are all normal UEFI boot options.
There's nothing wrong with your PC.
I don't use the metro (GUI) boot menu so can't tell you why you've started seeing them now (they were always there, just not displayed).
You'll see them also in the EasyBCD "view settings" page if you set it to "detailed" mode (standard mode suppresses their display)
Try clicking the "other options".
It may be that there's a switch to turn extended boot options off.
In the old W7 style non-GUI menu you won't see them unless you use the extended boot menu option.
