Please explain me what is the "Create Bootable External Media" as I have accidentally selected my System Partition and clicked on "Install BCD" option.

Anyone please help me, as I think it is creating some problems for me.
Please.
 
That option is for creating a bootable system on a USB flashdrive, not on your PC.
What is your current situation ?
 
Now, when I go to the "Advanced Startup Options", I never see the option for resetting the PC.
So, can you help me with this as now my system is being considered a USB installation.
Please help me

What OS are you using in each case ?
 
Sir, the PC is bootable and I have no another PC, its working fine, and the OS is Windows 10.
I was frustrated because I was not able to see the reset this PC option in the Advanced Tab.
And I wanted someone to help me with what I have done.
 
Can you post the contents of EasyBCD "view settings" (detailed mode) and a screenshot of your Disk Management/
