Problem creating bootable USB with Easy Recovery Essentials

I've downloaded the Easy USB Creator (EUC) to make a bootable USB with Easy Recovery Essentials (ERE). When I downloaded the ERE, It created a CD/ROM on my hard drive. When I run the program EUC, it looks for an ISO file. There is no ISO file in my downloaded ERE.
1. How do I get the EUC to work?
2. Once the bootable USB is created, how do I remove the CD/ROM from my hard drive?
Thanks

The downloaded file is the iso.
If it doesn't appear to be, that's due to the way you have configured your OS and/or allowed third party software to control filetype allocation.
Don't process the download file in any way.
It isn't a RAR or any kind of zipped file, it's an ISO.
Just burn it as is.
