Yesterday I purchased EasyBCD. I created a bootable UFD and have copied a BOOT.WIM file to it and booted without any problems. My problem is I'm having nothing but failure with ISO files.
I've downloaded and copied genuine MS Windows installation ISO's to the root of the UFD and added the image to the BCD without problem but when I boot any ISO image, this is what I get:
If I defined the entry to:
- Run from Memory - I get Try (HD0,0) NTFS5: and then a few seconds later a GRUB prompt
- Run from Disk - I get Try (HD0,0) NTFS5: and then a few seconds later a Load Segment message then a Press any key to boot from CD or DVD and then I get returned back to the BCD boot menu.
What am I doing wrong? I tried searching your forum and Google w/o success.
