Kids computer was doing a Windows Update and rebooted. Unfortunately got stuck in the infamous Startup repair loop. I then purchased the EasyRecovery software and ran it in automatic mode. It went through successfully, but not when I reboot the screen is just stuck in light blue. The files are on the ssd, I can see them, but for some reason Windows won't start to load. Also tried to see srttrail.txt for the reason, but it showed just a "square" sign.
Any help highly appreciated.
