Hi all:
I went through all the options on Neosmart's page entitled Recovering the Windows Bootloader (http://neosmart.net/wiki/display/EBCD/Recovering+the+Windows+Bootloader+from+the+DVD) including the "nuclear holocaust" option in my attempt to get my Vista 64-bit OS up and running. All the commands in this last option went through successfully and yet when I did a normal boot I still get the "Windows Boot Manager" black screen stating that windows failed to start:
File: \Boot\BCD
Status: 0x000000f
Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data.
The instructions say to head to the forums for support so here I am...Any support or ideas would be greatly appreciated...
