Stuck in the bios screen

I have a Windows 10 pro 64 bits and I tried to do a dual boot with kubuntu, I used the bcd and add the kubuntu as a new entry, with grub2, but after I reset the pc, didn't work, so I tried to change the boot setings from legacy to uefi.
But after I changed, the pc now doesn't boot, it's gets stuck in the American megatrends screen and doesn't recognize any input, so I can't get in the setup to change it.
 
Changing the BIOS doesn't alter the way your OS was installed. UEFI/W10 bootmgr dows not permit booting "foreign" OSs or even MS's own legacy OSs (like XP)
