Whilst we would hope that posts here in these forums (except for EasyRE, read on) can sort out any problems you may have, there is support available by email at Support@NeoSmart.net ( for Bootable CD/Easy Recovery support is only via email: EasyRE@NeoSmart.net ) - however, we see many complaints that no answer is ever received.
Support endeavours to answer all requests but it appears some of you are not receiving them
Please check all spam and junk email filters, and most importantly,
always check your ISP's webmail servers as it may have been filtered out there and should be readable on line.
