Support is Unresponsive for more than a Week

I sent you the following email 4 times in the last 8 days, but it has not been addressed.


The “Automated Repair” worked very well !
Thank You!


However the “Partition Editor” didn’t work at all.

When I select “Partition Editor”, and click on “Continue”, nothing happens.

Your “Home” Edition cost $39.99, and paid an extra $20.00 for the “Professional” edition, ($59.99 total), in order to get the “Partition Editor”.

I don’t have time to troubleshoot the Partition Editor issue; and I have other partition editors that do work.

I would like to get a$20.00 refund, and replace my “Professional” Edition with the “Home” edition.

An auto-response is sent immediately then a regular response is sent usually within 24 to 48 hours.
Check your junk mail folders and your ISP's local folders online just in case.
Also check your anti-virus application's Quarantine folders.
If you have a block on unknown emailers that would also be the problem.

I received only the auto response. Nothing else. I'm a retired IT Administrator, and know what I'm doing. I check my junk mail, and AV quarantine daily. Perhaps someone from NeoSmart can respond here. the case# that I received in the auto response is 7048.426bc4ea82b98176

Jedi Ron and pinale8e, I have been trying to get assistance since January 27 in a different thread. Click my profile to view my "Latest Activity". I have been asking for help weekly. No email response. Not getting caught by my ISP either.
