I have a windows 10 boot and 2 windows xp boots at C and K(old one that I keep in case in have serious issues with the main one). Everything booted correctly with my default be my xp at C and with an option to boot into windows 10. But the other day for whatever reason i lost my windows 10 capability. so i added that and now my main boot window shows both xp and windows 10 boot options but the xp option shows two optins one at C and one at d even though i only have one setup in easybcd.

here is my configuration

Default: Microsoft Windows XP ssd
Timeout: 10 seconds
EasyBCD Boot Device: C:\

Entry #1
Name: Microsoft Windows XP ssd
BCD ID: {default}
Drive: C:\
Bootloader Path: \NST\ntldr

Entry #2

BCD ID: {2a29b9ef-77f2-11e8-a9c9-001c25deedd7}

Bootloader Path: \Windows\system32\winload.exe

Do you mean that if you chose XP, you get another menu with two choices ?
If so, that's a limitation of NTLDR.
Maybe you previously were making use of NeoSmart's "EasyLDR"
