Can any tell what this screen means? I have a and I am trying to determine how will I know if my hard drive is bad or if something else is wrong. Ican't load into Windows Vista.

Screen appears as follows:

Edit Windows boot options for : Microsoft Windows Vista

Path: \Windows\system32\winload.exe

Partition: 2

Hard Disk: b426b1b

[ /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN ]

This is a very old thread, so have given you your own. You need a Vista DVD to boot into Advanced Options, Startup Repair, do you have a Vista disk? Either that or figure out why the boot is corrupted, perhaps you ran a registry cleaner and it wiped it out, not unusual.
Also what Neosmart software do you use? Here's an online Tute on Startup Repair: Startup Repair
