What if EasyBCD works

Let's think about it, I tried for 3 hours trying to get my Windows system to work. It turns out that the operating system was drive C as D and drive D as C. So, I did all these crazy YouTube steps and ended up messing up my Windows Boot Manager. I accidentally loaded it to my second hard drive. Deleted the whole Boot Manager from that drive, deleted and recreated a new partition from to Drive C. Nothing worked, it kept giving me start up error codes. I was screwed.

Then I bought and downloaded EasyBCD, converted it from ISO to USB with the Rufus program and ran it off my USB. Click repair Windows and it did its magic and worked. Now I'm typing this message on my corrupted Windows Operating System that got restored. With EasyBCD. Who knew, who had any idea that EasyBCD would do the trick.

I assume you mean EasyRE.
That's Neosmart's bootable recovery software.
EasyBCD is free for home use and is used on a working PC to manage the MS bootmgr's BCD store
