Won't start on a new Windows 7 Pro install

I click start now after it's done installing and nothing happens. It doesn't even show up in taskmanager. I set it to run with administrative privileges and it still won't run. I've uninstalled and removed all traces a few times. I ran the Windows troubleshooter and it reports it as incompatible! It worked fine before I decided to do a fresh install of Windows. I've installed a bunch of updates from Windows Update, as well. I've never had it fail to run in all my years of using it. This is a real bummer!

Did you delete the ....\Users\yourname\appdata\local\Neosmart........... folder before reinstalling ?
That can sometimes become clogged and stop EasyBCD working. No idea why.
