I am lost here. I don't know what this means.
I have tried your instructions in another browser. I clicked the envelope next to the user name at the top right.
The attachments are what I see when I click that envelope. It just says Conversations in the drop down. The only thing i can then do is click the show all link. No other options are available. At the bottom of the page is the usual contact info, terms, etc for the site.
Are you able to send me a private message to which i can reply?
