A virus crashed the operating system and after removing the drive, scanning, cleaning , and rebooting Vista would not start.... at all... nothing.... dead.

I asked what it would cost at the local shop for them to fix and they said $100! and they were just going to wipe the drive! the $20 was worth it.

I thought for sure I was going to get ripped off by you... sorry.

EasyRE Essentials (Win 7) fixed my Blue Screen problem that NOBODY could fix. Used your product as last result before resigning myself to doing a sys restore, and it worked! No need for a system restore and the long process of re-installing all the software. Best $ I ever spent on software. U guys rock!

I was blue screened on a Win 7, out of warranty Dell with no disks and just my product key. I tried many ways and was about to buy a New Win 7 and start over. But thankfully I found this product. The rescue disk was purchased, downloaded, burned and....I was up and running in 15 min. Unbelievable product. I wish I had found this yesterday!! Thank you!

Worked flawlessly. I could not have had it done for the same $20 elsewhere, not to mention the time, effort, and (potential) aggravation involved.

So I had a laptop that started the endless reboot loop after the latest Vista Update. Neosmart is a lifesaver! I used it to do a really easy system restore and now I'm back in business! I understand from my google searches that most people had to reformat their hard-drive to overcome this, but I didn't lose anything!! Thanks a million for this! I highly recommend Neosmart!

My Laptop had a bcd 0x000000d error and I tried using the Windows DVD tools for Win8 and using the cmd for hours. It took me a whole day but in vain. Was going to check for the technical support or re-install windows if it weren't for being on holiday. However, I used EasyRE and amazingly after repairing the windows partition I was able to re-boot to windows normally.

Sadly, after reading all the good things about this program, it didn't work for me. PC had been acting up the last couple of days when it kept running CHKDSK every time I booted up even though it never found anything. Eventually it blue screened.

After that, windows wouldn't boot up at all. I downloaded EasyRE in the hope that it would fix things but alas, it has not. The automated repair says it's failed to update the MBR therefore it's unable to proceed with the repair and I should check the logs for more details. No idea where the logs are. Tried a system restore to a point last week before the problems began but when I reboot I just get a black screen with “no g2ldr” on it.

Really disappointed but at least I got a refund.

I have a PC that was running Windows Vista Ultimate and it suddenly lost its sound. After trying several different fixes that did not work I decided to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate.

The upgrade went on for several hours with no problems, even doing a couple of reboots during the process. However upon finishing the install and a finale reboot to go into Windows 7 nothing happened.

I got just a black screen with a blinking cursor. After a week of trying different things to fix the problem I came across EasyRE. Needless to say after running the automated recovery my machine now boot into Windows 7 Ultimate with no problems. This took about 15 minutes with EasyRE, and to think I could have saved a week and many grey hairs if only I had known about it earlier.

Thanks , this is the best product I have tried for repair Windows 7 . Two days losted for to repair the windows boot record after a SSD migration from a WD Hard disk .

I started the “repair function” and finally i can see again my windows login ! My system disk DVD was broken in two parts ! Great work my friend . No more error . Awesome product !

I would recommend this to any PC user young,old,experienced or inexperienced. I will purchase the Windows 8 version 'just in case.'I cannot foresee anyone giving this software a bad review. It does exactly as advertised, and is by far the easiest software I have come across.

I had a virus appear suddenly on a reboot, and a phone call from a “windows repair” offering advice on fixing my machine. Freaked me out. System would not boot, no matter what system repair, system restore, or any other effort tried.
