I had my win 7 pro platform stuck in auto update mode and failure message. I looked online and found neosmart. I found the instructions very easy and my recovery USB drive worked a treat. Its well worth the money considering the cost of going to a computer repair place. The system auto fix did not work for me so I use the restore function in it and found there is prob something wrong with my HDD. I was able to do a system restore and get it up and running like it was prior to downloading the updates. HIGHLY recommended for an affordable and very quick fix.
This program is so amazing. I've never seen anything like it. You can put this disk in and go on line even if your computer is totally unresponsive and find what you need to fix it, and then just install. WOW!! What else could you ask for. Great product.
Thank You EasyRE..
Fixed a Windows 7 laptop with boot errors that Windows repair tools couldn't fix and a system image restore didn't fix. Brilliant, easy to use and worth every penny. Thank you!
Having exhausted all methods to reboot my Vista laptop. Within a few minutes of inserting the EasyRE disc, it was up and running.
The files Easy RE Recovery files you sent me and the accompanying descriptive information made it possible to fix the PC, and restore it to exactly the same condition as it was before Microsoft apparently “\1” in the aggressive way they did. Rather than blast Microsoft (and I have many good reasons to do so, based on poor experiences with their paid-for tech support), I will just say that Neosmart couldn't have been more professional, responsive, interested, and kind in their efforts to help me, which spanned about five e-mails.
Thanks again, Ali, for your active interest, involvement, follow-ups, and for a product line that is easy to use and appears to work flawlessly.
Recently, whenever we lose power my Windows 7 PC's CMOS resets to the default values rendering my computer unbootable (I believe this has something to do with the dates adjusting). The only solution I could do to get running again was to do a full format and re-install everything, a process that could take 2-3 days. I purchased EasyRE in the hopes that it could fix things a lot faster and it did, best money I ever spent and I was up and running in-tact within an hour!
Windows 7 was stuck in an endless reboot loop, and the various start-up repair options failed. Did some searches with Google and found Easy Recovery Essentials web page. For just under $20 I was prepared to try it. Downloaded it, put it on a CD and tried it out. It did its magic using the automatic repair option on the first go, and that was it. ALL OK! Magnificent! I can now go to sleep and it's only 11pm I didn't feel like spending hours backing up the hard disk, wiping it, formatting it, installing windows, running all the updates, installing the software and restoring the data manually. I have better things to do with my time! Many thanks.

it doesn't support any free or trial version.
Had high hopes after reading the reviews. Was getting BSOD at boot after uninstalling Avast. Nothing I tried repaired the problem. Found EasyRE while google searching for a solution. I downloaded the iso and installed it on a usb stick. I booted from the USB stick and followed the directions. It said the problem was fixed but when I rebooted I still got the BSOD.
