Hi lads I have no words to describe how thankful I am for providing a wonderful product at a reasonable cost and for the amazing support of the whole NeoSmart Technologies Team.
I am able to reboot my computer now after days of worry, all my files are there, and you have saved me from fully re- install of everything,
I didn't have much faith that easy RE was going to work for me, after I came across comments on-line of people recommending not to use easy RE just simply because for some reason it didn't work for them, But Sure enough easy RE did work for me with simplicity and very little effort on my part.
Thank you so much for your email support, I am really very grateful.
It works!!!!!! Thank you @neosmart #neosmart for easy recovery essentials YouTube video and affordable repair. Best $20 of my life!!!!! #gublife
Fixed Windows 7 startup issues in 5 minutes. I was really surprised.
Value for money and money well spent!
This product is one of a kind. I was able to make a non-bootable windows 10 install boot with the click of a button. I pretty tech savvy and use a ton of neosmart product but this product made it a breeze. Thanks neosmart! -CMAX
It has been a while since I encountered a recovery scenario that I could not solve. Since Microsoft moved on to use UEFI, if your boot loader is corrupted to the point where it wont launch system recovery or safe mode, and you don't have a windows install disc or product key, you are screwed. Stumbling onto EasyRE and it actually working for me was the best thing that happened to me.
Luckily I had another PC that I could use to download the file and create the boot usb. If you are using windows 8.1 you may need to enable legacy support and set it at higher priority than UEFI so your boot usb is recognized. If I knew this ahead of time, it would have saved me 10 to 15 minutes. Also I highly recommend scheduling or making system restore points.
Guys, considering that DVD players are being deprecated, you should pre-package the boot USB creator with the EasyRE iso with generic documentation for use including common CMOS settings. Your site documentation was great but I had to search for it. Great Product!
They support me quickly and step-by-step! Tanks a lot!
it doesn't support any free or trial version.
