CPU Core Limit BSOD

Hi, I accidentally limited my CPU Cores to 0 with EasyBCD, now I cannot boot and I received a BSOD a few times and now it just launches me in start-up repair. I can only access the Command Prompt from a Windows 7 dvd. Is there any sort of way I can reset the program from 0 cores back to my normal amount? Because I screwed up.

*Update* Now I only see start-up repair and no longer a blue screen, can someone help?
