Purchased app but doesn't seem to support Windows 10

I bought and downloaded app but it seems to only support up to Windows 8, then I saw a Windows 10 app for free, have I wasted my money? I need to fix a Windows 10 boot issue.
 
First of all the EasyBCD app is free for private use, you only need pay if you are a business. You can obtain a refund by emailing the details to sales@neosmart.net
Secondly the app version 2.4 is fully compatible with Windows 10. The download page offers you the latest version.
