I have purchased and run the NeoSmart CD for W7 Pro and still have a winload.exe non-boot. The error has changed from 0xc000000e to 0xc000007b.
I am using Acronis to transfer a complete drive from an old laptop to a newer one.
Note that once in a while it will boot right after I transfer just the MBR with Track 0 but will not boot again.
Also, when I set the Drive mode in the BIOS from ATA from AHCI, it will partially boot (show "Starting Windows") and then blue screen so fast that I can't read what it says.
I thought that I loaded all the proper drivers.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Addendum
I captured enough of the Blue Screen to see this wording. If it would help I would try to determine the addresses below and send them as well.
Thanks again for your help!
