I just down loaded my copy of Windows Vista Recovery Disc. At first I went to Microsoft for help of course they were of no help.Then I went to HP and of course they were of no help unless you spend $$. The problem that I had was an error on my HP laptop.Error message OXcOOOO14c missing or corrupt registry file missing.Well I burned the Recovery Disc and followed the instructions and was able to reboot and get every thing the way it was in the first try.I want to thank you very much this was well worth the $$ Thanks again

The recovery disc was fairly easy to produce, even for a novice like me and has succesfully got my computer working again where I thought I had used it for the last time after repeatedly trying to restore the system.

This recovery disc has saved me so much money and time. I know there are companies out there like Geeksquad and such. When I went to them, they wanted to charge me $100 and keep my computer for 2-3 days. I feel better knowing that I can fix my laptop myself if I run into problems in the future. Thanks! When the repairs were complete it offered the regular sign on screen and requested the password - which it accepted.

All user files were as they should be and I am very happy. I'm going to tell others how well this worked my me.

I talked with three techs and they couldnt help me. I thought everything was lost, then I found you on the internet. You would think two techs and a so called master tech could have figured a way of fixing it but I guess not. Anyway please tell me where I need to post my review. If a 60 year old man who is not tech savy can fix his computer with your disc anybody should be able to use it. Thanks again!

When i got home i turned.on.my laptop and turned it on the windows/system32 error was gone and the internal recovery program started. its been a year since this laptop worked. so idk if it was the previous disc.or whay but thank you for offering me the second one. i finnaly have my computer back!

You would have had a huge laugh if you saw the extended happy-dance i broke into when your EasyRE recovery software brought my vista back to lift after what seemed to be a boot problem brought on by me powering up the vaio with no battery installed, just external power. I ran your software and to my total delight the system booted, thanks for that and the software which looks like it could offer many capabilities, but first i have to determine what happened next and how to get that happy-dance going again. I want to thank you very much for your support. This download did fix my pc. I was back up and running in less than 10 minutes from downloading the iso burner and downloading this Vista 32 bit Recovery iso file. I burned it to a CD, booted my pc to the CD and it fixed my pc boot problem on the first try. When I rebooted my pc it booted to the hard drive.

Microsoft got a little smarter with Windows 7 as they restored the ability for users to create a bootable recovery CD in Windows 7. I was able to do that just fine with Windows 7 but not Vista. I think I will be upgrading soon.
