We were a bit skeptical, but figured we had nothing to lose... Paid the fee, downloaded and used the imaged CD we created. The tool did allow us to get into the Toshiba System recovery file where we were able to burn a copy of our vital files to DVD and then allowed us to reboot the computer to “out of the box” condition. Reloaded the data files and we were back in business! Much thanks!

My Windows 7 system would not boot and diagnostics said that the registry was corrupted. Learning that I was going to have to rebuild my system (System restore) would not work, I purchased this product with a goal of salvaging all of my data from the un-bootable system. I was able to recover my documents, pictures, and music folders with nothing lost.

After compressing my j drive by accident I could not get my computer to boot. I tried for three days.

After downloading your disc on my laptop. I put your disc in my desktop that was giving me problems and it immediately went through my computer and fixed the problem

This is an amazing product.

Long story short, I would get to the log in screen and then the screen went black after..could open the Task Manager..open Firefox and browse BUT, the windows GUI was not there. So strange. I was transfering an OS from a HDD to a SSD. Anyways, this worked!

This site saved me a lot of trouble. I thought my lap top had reached it's end, but now all is well.

This product is easy to use, from download, to burning on a disc, to repairing my computer. I couldn't be happier.

I tried different ways but didn't help recover my photos:( For some reason, it does not show me the picture folders but it did show videos and documents that I could recover.

The downloaded disk worked fast but unfortunately it quickly showed me that the hard drive was not there (must be completely dead). Therefore, I could do nothing to recover the computer.
