I have a gigabyte motherboard.
When I boot the computer, I can't access the gigabyte boot screen and the keyboard is unresponsive.
Later, when Windows 11 starts, the keyboard and mouse are connected.

I would uninstall then reinstall the KBD/Mouse-associated software.
Make sure they are both turned on while doing this.

How to access Gigabyte UEFI/BIOS is outlined here:

But my Logitech keyboard doesn't work at the moment, only the mouse works.
I have uninstalled/installed Logitech software several times, but the keyboard only works when Windows 11 comes in.

I have old wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse. They work in all modes in Win 10 & 11 Pro. I suggest you post in their Community for help.

So glad that's sorted out. I've been expecting problems from my 11 year-old motherboard's battery but so far no9thing.

Check your keyboard connections and try a different USB port. Restart your PC and press the boot screen key (Del, F2, or F12). If the keyboard still doesn’t work, try using a different one.
