Can't boot to Linux

I accidentally made an update to my Linux Mint 17 that caused the GRUB loader to update. Now it won't boot at all!
Therefore I upgraded to Linux Mint 21, since it was out of date anyways.
I did this with the other HDD unplugged, because that is how it's worked in the past.
When I plug the Windows HDD back in and try Triple-Boot, Linux won't boot!
I open my Easy BCD edit from Windows. Enter a new entry & attempt to point to my new Linux Mint installation and hit save.
It still won't boot.
I've tried GRUB2, LILO, & SysLinux. None of those work.

Also, my motherboard is UEFI, I think.
 
I can choose the Linux HDD from boot, by pressing F8 at boot screen. Boots no problem.
But I can't input it's entry into from your loader program. It fails.
It worked when I had Linux Mint 17, but now that I've upgraded to Mint 21, it fails to boot that way.
