Couldn’t recover

So, I try to recover my operation system with easy recovery essentials, but finally I got the screen that software couldn’t find any valid Windows partitions on my computer. I would ask to refund, how I can do it?

OK Just checking.
This is a user peer to peer forum.
Much less likely that Neosmart will see a message here than in their email.
When you see "Staff Member" it doesn't indicate any association with Neosmart.
It's just an honorific title issued by the forum software to Mods.
We're all just end-users too.
