Dual Boot Screen now Purple and small

I have a windows 11 pro Ver 25H2 on one drive (nvme) and have added a extra drive with Windows 11 Home as a fresh install and I want to be able to dual boot.
I expected the "choose a system" prompt with a blue background but I get a very hard to read black and purple screen. How can this be changed. I have tried reinstalling and it works initially, but if I switch to the old Win11Pro and back again, it reverts to the purple and black. I also asked Grok, and it seems to think this is a known Win11 problem from 24H2, but I am on 25H2 and it is still a problem - any thoughts.
