Dual boot Win7 ans MS_DOS 6.xx

I did this a long time ago using easyBCD by following the instructions from a 'how to' sheet I found on the web but the HDD crashed on the notebook I did this on. I have a continuing need to run both platforms and I need to set the system back up again but without the 'how to' sheet, I'm lost. Any ideas?

In particular, the guide on dual-booting MS-DOS. Pay close attention to the "requirements" section, it's not boilerplate. EasyBCD tries to make sure the requirements are fulfilled automatically but may fail to do so depending on previous filesystem allocation (especially when not done on a freshly formatted MS-DOS partition) in which case you'll manually need to make sure the relevant MS-DOS boot files are properly and correctly allocated space at the start of the partition.
