EasyBCD 2.4 not seeing 'useful utilities'

Hi
I'm trying to get EasyBCD to see the 'useful utilities' (bottom button on the left-hand side menu).

Is there a trick I have to do. Neither of the utilities require installation.

I don't understand what you mean.
Click on the button to see the available utilities

Hover over each one to see a description.

My recollections of previous experience, is that if the utility were installed, the icon would go colour, and you could use the local copy.

To make EasyBCD's "Useful Utilities" visible:

• Check utility files are present.
• Restart EasyBCD.
• Ensure compatibility.
• Look for customization options.
• Reinstall EasyBCD if needed.
• Seek support from EasyBCD forums.

As this thread is very old I am locking it.
Make sure you have the latest version installed.
