EasyBCD can't fix error and "professional version" is not?

Okay, I had two machines upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Both had identical BCD boot errors after a recent Windows update. EasyBCD free Home Edition for Win 11 fixed the problem on first machine reporting lots of duplicate disk IDs - probably related to disk cloning failures. On second machine, the below problem happens.

So I then purchased the Professional Version - but it's the same exact software "Essentials for Windows" not the Professional version as show via screenshots on website.

EasyBCD Home edition (free) and commercial (paid) are exactly the same product. Only the support level differs. Support for the free version is limited to peer-to-peer interaction in this forum. You don't have to pay for EasyBCD unless using it in a commercial environment. You should ask for a refund if you mistakenly paid for it for home use.
The screenshot you include is for a completely different product EasyRE, for which there is no free version.
