Help with Vista and XP on different drives

Did a fresh install of Vista to drive C: (SATA) even though I had 4 drives connected and had to recover the bootmgr because it installed it on another drive. Now it's ok. I have XP on drive F: (SATA) from a previous installation. If I unhook the cable from C:, XP will boot from F:, so I know it's working fine. I just can't get it to boot from EasyBCD.

Here's my layout:
Entry #1

Name: Windows Vista (TM) Home Premium (recovered)
BCD ID: {current}
Drive: C:\
Bootloader Path: \Windows\system32\winload.exe
Windows Directory: \Windows

Entry #2

Name: Windows XP
BCD ID: {ntldr}
Drive: F:\
Bootloader Path: \ntldr
Windows Directory:

Both boot.ini and ntlr are in F: (i even tried putting them in all of the other drives)

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I even changed the rdisk to 1 and 2. Thanks.
