In Dualboot, after starting Win10 GRUB disappears

I have a PC with Windows 10, updated with the latest WinUpdate, and Xubuntu.
After installing Xubuntu there is the GRUB menu and everything seems to be working properly.
If I choose Win10 at boot, from that moment Win10 always starts and to start GRUB again I have to press the F11 key which brings up the menu with the motherboard logo.
Obviously in Windows Quick Start is disabled and in the BIOS I don't think there are wrong options.

I have tried with other PCs too (and different motherboards), but the result is always the same.
I tried with Win 10 Home and Pro, and with Xubuntu 18.04 / 18.10 / 19.10.
I tried downloading different ISOs and creating different brand USB sticks.

In my opinion Windows alters the start menu, but in the Linux forums nobody has been able to give me the correct indications to avoid this.

I tried to download EasyBCD "Free Version" now, but this also tells me that Windows is correctly installed in the EFI and nowhere I see the Linux partition.
I need Linux to always start automatically.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
