Install EasyBCD on every OS?

When I have three OS entries, should I install BCD on every OS or just on one?

No, just the main one. Accessing it via Windows Explorer you can make shortcuts on the other OS’s desktops.

Okay thanks. Can I safely remove all the OS boot entries on the second OS and remove the program? Now I have two bootloaders in the bios. I assume the one on the other OS will stay active. Otherwise I won't have a boot menu anymore.

There is no need to remove boot entries. Simply uninstall EasyBCD from the other OS’s. I don’t encourage meddling with actual BCD files in Windows as it can lead to all kinds of trouble.
