Invoice request

Hi to all and to NeoSmart support team,

I've purchased EasyRE software on 2026, february the 06th.
I'm in charge of IT dept on my company. I've bougth it for pro use.
No invoice after the purchase (on the downloading page or on my emai).
I've try to contact sales dept and other services to obtain the invoice after purchase without success.
..... very poor customer service support :frowning:
